[dc401-l] [Fwd: Quahogcon Public Service Announcement]

PSAs already got some airplay on WRIU.  I'll try to make sure they continue
to get played, but I'm glad that the registration numbers are looking good.
 This is probably published somewhere already that I should have read, but
what's the maximum number of attendees that we could have?
